APPLICATION OF POSITIONENG BALANCE FRACTURING FECHNIQUE IN DAQING FIELD

This paper introduces the principles,characteristics and implementation of the positioning balance fracturing technique. The fractures’ position and liquid intake perforation amount of the fractured target zones can be controlled by the combination of the long rubber barrel and sandblasting body on the positioning balance fracturing packers. By means of which,the fracture can be positioned and horizontal fractures can be created in the target zone. Field application indicates that this technique can meet the requirements of fracturing the low permeability oil reservoir in the conventional perforated well. It can create fractures in 3~5 target zones during once operation and can achieve balance protection to the intercalation. This technique has been used in nearly 100 wells in Daqing Field,the successful rate is more than 96%,the average daily incremental oil per well is more than 9t and the water cut rate decreases by 4%~8%.
