DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF SOFTWARE FOR OPTIMIZING SCREW PUMP

  • Use the computer to conduct integrated processing to the geologic data and production data of the oil wells, and then draw the functional relation curve of the corresponding variables. Through curve analog, find out the functional relation among the corresponding variables, use it to calculate the surface-drive total torque, the total pressure drop of liquid production and the necessary nominal discharge capacity of the screw pump. Comprehensively analyze the parameters of the existing screw pump. Finally select the optimum type of screw pump. Field application indicates that the software for optimizing the screw pump is significant for improving the successful rate of screw pump well service, extending the running period of the screw pump, enhancing the oil wells’ productivity, saving energy, reducing consumption and so on.
