RESEARCH ON JET PUMP-ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMP RELAY TECHNOLOGY

  • When the electric submersible pump is used to produce oil in the well with the characteristics of high viscosity(oil),low permeability(reservoir) and low fluid level,the motor is often damaged due to the underload or overload of electricity.This paper studies and develops a new artificial lift technology for this kind of well,that is,jet pump-electric submersible pump relay technology.This paper introduces the working principles and theoretical derivation of the technology,summarizes the research and lab test of the reverse circulation jet pump that is matched with it,as well as the advantages of the technology.This paper points out that this technology has provided a powerful artificial lift technique for stabilizing and enhancing oil production in the field.
