DEHYDRATION TECHNIQUE RESEARCH IN MONGYILIAN

  • This paper introduces the investigation to the problems existed in the process of dehydration in Mongyilian, presents an economic and feasible resolution program, that is, increase the sewage discharge rate, reduce the water cut prior to dehydration and enable the electric dehydrator run normally. This paper also introduces the analysis to the composition of the sewage, presents an inverted demulsifier BH-1. After the measures having been carried out, the anticipated objective has been achieved, the problems existed in the process of production in Mongyilian have been resolved thoroughly. The economic and social benefits are obvious.
