CHEMICAL PRESERVATION FOR WATER INJECTION FACILITIES IN JINGYILIAN

  • The main corrosion type in Jingyilian is the metal corrosion caused by oxygen, sulfate reducing bacteria and so on, and the chemical reaction type during corrosion is the electrochemical corrosion. Based on the study to the corrosion mechanism of injected water quality on the water injection facilities, a multi-function and high efficient preservative has been developed, which has the actions of corrosion control, sterilization and flocculation. The main technical indexing of the water treated by the preservative has reached the requirements of relevant standards. The corrosion control rate is above 47%.
