A STUDY ON QUANTITATIVE PREDICTION OF WATER SENSITIVE DAMAGE

  • To solve the water sensitive damage problem existed in low and extra-low permeability reservoirs, a multiple statistics was used to identify the main factors affecting upon water sensitive damage and establish the mathematical model for quantitative prediction of reservoir’s water sensitive damage. The prediction of water sensitive damage in low and extra-low permeability reservoir made by the model exhibits good coincidence with lab result. The coincidence rate of prediction is greater than 85%.
