AUTOGENETIC HEAT FRACTURING TECHNIQUE FOR LOW PERMEABILITY RESERVOIRS

  • Autogenetic heat fracturing technique, which replaces fracturing pad fluid with chemicals in order to increase the backflow volume of fracturing fluid and the oil well productivity, is a technique used for remaking the low permeability reservoirs. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of the technique in terms of its principle, indoor chemicals optimum experiment and construction technology. This paper also analyzes the effect of decreasing contamination and increasing productivity achieved by autogentic heat fracturing with the help of field test. The paper finally concludes that the autogenetic heat technique can enhance the backflow rate of the fracturing fluid, reduce the formation contamination, increase the percolation capability and the productivity.
