AN APPROACH FOR DETERMING WELLHEAD PRESSURE OF ARTIFICIAL LIFT WELL

  • Wellhead pressure of artificial lift well is related to many factors, it has a larger effect on the investment and energy consumption of surface oil and gas gathering system and on the power consumption of oil producing system. In order to achieve the optimum overall benefit, the authors took the minimum investment and energy consumption of the gathering system and the minimum power consumption of the oil producing system as target functions, took the wellhead pressure of artificial lift well, the temperature of the oil gathering pipeline, the temperature and pressure of the water mixing pipeline, and the pipe diameter as constrained conditions, formulated an integrally optimized mathematical model which can be solved by use of direct sequence secondary programming method. Practical application of the software will reduce investment and energy consumption.
