RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF JQL SINGLE WELL FLOW METERING UNIT

The single well flow metering unit, which is made up of oil meter, recorder,accessories such as pipe and valve and so on, was developed for the oil measurement of single well in series oil wells. Its working principle is:converts the flow of oil, water and fluid in the mixture of oil, gas and water into electric signal, outputs and is recorded, and then the daily liquid-producing capacity is measured. It has good reproducibility, and is not affected by the oil physical property and the impurities. It is suitable for the pulsation flow regime of well pumping unit. The application of it in 10 wells indicated that it had better solved the metering problem in series oil wells, could guarantee the oil well to produce stably, had increased the oil well production effect for a given period of time, and had provided reliable data for the scientific management of the oil well.
