STUDYING AND LABORATORY TESTING ON SLURRY PREPARED WITH SMALLPARTICLE CEMENT

  • Study of compressing strength, initial and final solidification time, thickening time, rheology and stability of small particle cement with different density and at different temperature were conducted in lab. The results showed the slurry of small particle cement has some characteristics like low density, good system stability, good rheology, shortened initigl and final solidification time, quick development of initial strength and higher compressing strength of set cement and so on. It feet the requirements of the unique cementing operation of low parser formations that is easily accompanied by lost circulation and operations of cement squeezing for sealing casing fractures, water block and perforated holes.
