  • The principles, contents and key points of rig-site application of compiling an applicable and risk-mitigated overall drilling development project were recommended in order to meet the requirements of safe and efficient realization of the drilling project and the reservoir long term exploitation aim in a newly discovered oil field. The effect obtained in compiling and application of the overall drilling development project in Tuha Oilfield was also analyzed.
