APPLICATIONS OF MODERN COMPREHENSIVE OPTIMIZED DRILLING TECHNIQUES OF CLUSTER WELL IN J-REGION IN LIAODONG GULF

  • The nine advanced drilling techniques and the five newly developed techniques specially for this region applied in a cluster of 15 wells drilled in SZ36-1-J region, Bohai Golf were described. The average depth of the 15 cluster wells was 1 878m, the average well construction cycle was 3.71d. Some of them created the best engineering records.Like 2.55 days of well construction cycle in J7 well with a depth of 1 795 m, 3.72 days in J16 well of final depth 2 058 m, average daily footage of 640 m in J11 of final depth 1730 m and average penetration rate of the 15 wells 132.83 m/h. The penetration rate, drilling rate and well construction term attained the domestic highest record for the same kind of wells.
