  • The paper describes a micro-production logging tool. Both production rate and flowing pressure can be measured with the tool at the inlet of hydraulic pump. It both simplified the logging procedures and improved the reliability of test result. Field tests showed better results. It also has good prospects in the scope of water hold-up, pressure build-up and water injection rate measurements through tool modifications.
