  • Applications of screw pump have made great progress since recent years.Based on fluid mechanics and theoretical mechanics, this paper derives the basic mathematical model of screw pump drove by surface equipment in order to optimize the pumping technology, and makes a simple discussion on optimum design method of screw pump by practical examples.
