EXPERT SYSTEM FOR FAULT DLAGNOSIS OF SUCKER ROD PUMPING WELL

According to the common faults and their features of sucker rod pumping well, the exPert system of fault diagnosis for sucker rod pumping well is developed based on the expert system building tool of Teknoledge Inc. of USA, and a knowledge database with 108 rules is established.Field application results of 6 wells in Xianhe preduction department of Shengli oil field indicate that the diagnosis conclusion is in agreement with reality on the whole. It is helpful to the application of expert system in fault diagnosis of sucker rod pumping well.
