COMPUTER SIMULATING HYDRAULICS OF PDC BIT ON BOTTOM OF HOLE

  • Removing cuttings from bottom of hole and cooling cutters are crilical to PDC bit hydrodynamics. This paper presented a mathematical model and simulating principle to describe PDC bit’s heat transfer and removing cuttings under circulation condition, uhich are help to improve hydrodynamics configuration of PDC bit and realize hydrodynamics effect acting bottom of hole.
