STUDY AND APPLICATION OF TUBING CONVEYED PERFORATING (TCP) HYDRAULIC IGNITION DEVICE

  • The annulus-pressure pulling-rope ignition device exists many problems in TCP perforation or TCP-DST interaction. For this reason, the pressure controlled hydraulic ignition device has been developed through study for more than one year. Compared with pull-rope ignition device, it has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, safety and reliability, and can be used for high angle well, horizontal well and underbalanced perforation. This paper introduces its structure design, working principle and advantages. The obvious economic and social benefits have been obtained in field applications.
