DETERMINING THE OPTIMUM HYDRAULICS IN HYDRAULIC ORIENTATION

  • Through the theoretical and experimental study on rock breaking by submerged water jetting, taking rock breaking efficiency as goal function, the optimum jetting pressure was acquired to break rock. Based on this optimum jetting,considering formation and drilling tools in hydraulic orientation,the optimum hydraulics and pump working status can be determined to assure jetting break rock effectively. The method noted above has significance for guiding hydraulics and pump working condition design in hydraulic orientation.
