  • The formation fracture profile can’t be available before drilling in a new exploration zone.This article presented a method to determine the formation fracture profile in new zone by use of bydrilitical fracture data of exploration wells.By using this method,the fracture profile have been determed in Cheng Dao oil field.It is shown the fracture profile established is accuracy,reliable and feasibilty through comparing the results with actual data available onsite.
