THREE SETS OF COORDINATED WATER-INJECTION FlOWSHEETS

The coordinated water-injection flowsheet means a series of water conditioning flowsheets from water source well or oil processing plant to water injection wellhead.This paper introduces three sets of water injection flowsheets that can be used in different reservoir nature and different oil field scale.These flowsheets summarize the waterflood experiences for many years,and adopt three new techniques such as the wellhead high pressure filtration technology,the closed injection water technology using rubber cap and the waste water treatment technology using DL type multifunction filter.The technical principle,flowsheet installation and field applications are discussed in this paper.Field application results Show that the flowsheets have the advantages such as better suitability,higher effciency and less investment,and that the outlet water quality can meet the ministerial standard.
