RESEARCH ABOUT THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT TECHNOLOGY OF DAMAGED CASING IN WEN10-1 WELL REPAIR

  • Corrosion failure of casing in Zhongyuan oil field is a main factor that causes oil or water well abandoned.In order to know the corrosion degree and control the corrosion rate of casin,the corrosive casing must be removed to surface.Wen 10-1 well is the deepest one in the removal and replacement technology up to now,the real casing milling depth is 1609.98 meters and the cutting depth for removal is 1507.90 meters.In this paper,some technologies of this well are introduced in detail,such as the preparation before the removal and replacement,the internal and the external cutting technology,etc.It has a guidance for the removal and replacement of damaged casing of the oil/water well repairs.
