THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TYPE SLIP CASING HEAD AND APPLICATION

In according to reasonable characters of the forces on casing strings,preventing from the hydrogen-fracture of hydrogen sulfide on the joint of casing head and the factors of affecting sealing characteristics,it is analyzed the existing problems of tube support ring-simple casing head of double pin nipple joint which is not fitted for using in the high pressure oil and gas wells.In this paper the new type slip casing head made by Changqing Exploring Bureau,including its principle of structure,theoretical analyzing stress checking bench-shelf testing and the case history application are introduced.It is shown the new type slip casing head have simple and reasonable structure.
