PROJECTION OF BIT OPTIMUM FOOTAGE AND PENETRATION RATE WITH REGRESSION ANALYSIS METHOD

On the basis of the presentation of multielement progressive regression analysis method,the optimum footage and Penetration rate of single bit in different formation is projected.The results of verification indicate that the bit performance projected by means of multielement progressive regression analysis method is consistent with the actual drilling results,especially the method has its high practicality for the special drilling operation conducted in the complicated condition.
