  • Because of the silty sand in formation, the oil production from this sort of reservoirs-becomes more difficult. According to the characteristics of silty sand stone and its sand production principle, the paper describes the sand control mechanism, basic parameter optimization and its matching technologies. Field application gives better effects. This technology is significant to improve oil production from unconsolidated silty sand stone reservoir and to the field applications.
