Research and application of online pre-alarm index model of water injector based on real-time monitoring data

  • In order to solve the repeated alarm, high false and omitted alarm rate and unprominent key alarm situation of existing water injector production monitoring systems, this paper proposed to apply the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to quantitatively determine the risk severity of water injector and improve its pre-alarm accuracy. The pre-alarm index system of three main control factors (i.e., water injection pressure, water injection rate and water quality) was established based on real-time monitoring data, relative weight of each factor was determined by means of analytical hierarchy process, and membership function set of each index was set up. The online pre-alarm index model of water injector was established, and the online pre-alarm software of water injector was programmed. The field application in water injectors indicates that the online pre-alarm index model is well adaptable to Bohai Oilfield, solves the pre-alarm problems in the safe operation of water injectors and improves the intelligent level of real-time working condition monitoring of water injectors.
