Application practice of the slick-water staged fracturing of massive fluid, high displacement and low sand concentration

  • With the deepening of oilfield development, the new production capacity of Nanniwan oilfield is mainly developed by expanding the conventional wells, the development effect is not ideal, and the average daily oil production of single well is 0.4 t. In order to improve the effective production degree of reserves, horizontal well fracturing development research was carried out. According to the geological characteristics of Chang 6 reservoir, measures such as reducing interval (60−80 m to 20 m) and increasing the number of perforating clusters (2−3 clusters to 5 clusters) were taken to evenly and effectively fracture the horizontal section, so as to increase the volume of reservoir reconstruction by increasing displacement and fluid volume, and field optimization tests were carried out. According to the field construction of well N199 Ping 2 and the monitoring of fractures on the ground and in the well, it is found that the amount of liquid entering the ground is 7 957.9 m3, 2.5−3.5 times of other fracturing methods, and the daily production of oil well is 9.5 t/d, more than 2 times of other fracturing methods. The field application results show that the optimized fracturing parameters of horizontal wells are reasonable, and the technology has a good prospect of application.
