The reasons for sudden production drop by big data analysis in trial production for Well SHB-X in Shunbei oilfield

To clarify the reasons for the sharp decline of fluid production in SHB-X well test production in Shunbei Oilfield. The reasons can provide a basis for the selection of stable production parameters for the whole Shunbei Oilfield and even deep carbonate reservoirs. In laboratory reservoir sensitivity evaluation, velocity sensitivity and salinity sensitivity may occur in 3 core plungers, but the degree of damage varies greatly, and there is a big gap with the actual production, which is not the main reason for the sudden drop in production. The compatibility evaluation of drilling fluid with reservoir rock and underground crude oil shows that the damage degree of reservoir is not enough to cause shutdown. The 100-day production data of 7 wells in SHB-X well area were analyzed by single factor multiple regression method. The quantitative relationship between the two production parameters of fluid production index and oil production index and 12 influencing factors such as crude oil density and crude oil viscosity was determined without human intervention. Weight coefficient shows that wax deposition and asphaltene precipitation blockage caused by well depth and high production rate are the main controlling factors for the sudden reduction of fluid production. Therefore, production control of deep carbonate reservoirs is the key to stable production.
