Application of XJ750 workover rig in bypassing barrier sidetracking in Tahe Oilfield

  • Some oil wells of Tahe Oilfield are affected by fish on bottom hole, which blocks oil flow channels, resulting in significantly insufficient supply of fluid to the wells and hence affecting oil production. Fishing job using XJ750 workover rig is affected by formation collapse, stuck freeing tonnage, location of stuck pipe and shape of fish, so the job has low successful rate, long working period and high costs. But if XJ750 workover rig is used to deepen the well by pumping plugs and sidetracking by bypassing obstacles while bypassing the fish at bottom hole, it can recover oil well production quickly and efficiently. Practice has shown that bypassing barrier sidetracking technology enjoys a favorable application prospect in workover jobs in Tahe Oilfield.
