Well drilling and completion technology for Xinglongtai deep buried hill oil reservoir of Liaohe Oilfield

  • A transversely and longitudinally staggered double-crossing, multi-layer and superposed injection-production development well pattern mainly with horizontal wells and complex structure is established in regard of deep reservoir, thin oil and oil-bearing height of 2 300 m of Xinglongtai buried hill oil reservoir. Well spacing of well pattern is in optimization design, and horizontal wells and wells in complex structure are deployed by 7 layers longitudinally. Designed horizontal well spacing is between 200 m and 300 m, and herringbone well spacing is 500 m. Horizontal segments of horizontal wells are in oblique crossing with main segment of herringbone wells along development direction of major fracture. Optimization design is also conducted for well track and structure of horizontal wells, wells in complex structure and directional wells, and design of drilling fluid, completion string structure of wells in complex structure, well control and well cementation is also optimized. Through well drilling and completion construction, production and exploitation, 135 wells have been drilled, and annual oil output is 102.11×104 t.
