Abstract
Well Wen 23-6J is a parallel relief well to Well Wen 23-6 X , which has litters in it. In order to connect and effectively seal off Wen 23-6X, sidetracking was carried for four times. The wellbore conditions were extremely complex, and cementing job was of great difficulty. It was decided that rotary cementing technology be used. By analyzing the cementing difficulties in this well, optimizing the design of cementing casing string structure and casing hanger and using quality cement system, the cementing quality was improved, which ensured effective sealing of the wellbore and realized the goal of construction of gas storage in Well Wen 23. Field application shows that, through proper optimization of cementing parameters, the rotary cementing technology can effectively improve cementing quality under special wellbore conditions and provide reference for further application of rotary cementing technology.
