地面驱动螺杆泵恒液面控制方法

Study on control of constant liquid level by surface driven screw pump

  • 摘要: 恒液面控制有利于提高泵效,降低抽油杆柱和泵等设备的失效率。为此结合地面控制装置,研究了一种控制方法和软件。该软件根据控制装置实时测量的转速、扭矩等参数并结合地层开采能力、杆泵型号等参数,分析计算出液面高度和控制范围,并计算出转速改变量,由控制装置实行闭环控制。经大庆油田5口井试验表明,液面高度误差均在50 m内,实现了螺杆泵恒液面控制目的。

     

    Abstract: The control of constant liquid level is beneficial to raise pump effect and reduce lose rate of equipments such as the sucker rod and pump etc.,and studied one of control method and developed corresponding software.Based on real-time measured parameters such as rotational speed,torque etc and combined with production capacity of reservoir and type of pump.Analyzed height of level and control range calculated by software,calculated alter value of rotate speed,and realized the closed loop control by control device.Apply to 5 wells in Daqing Oilfield shows that the errors of level height less than 50 meters,and realized the purpose of control level height by screw pump.
