Abstract:
In the light of the characteristics of drilling liner cementing in deep well and high angle well, such as high risk, complicated technique, high difficulty operation and the high quality requirement etc., a kind of hydraulic-mechanical combined type linear hanger with automatically decoupling and well cementing technology are developed. The construction, work principle, function characteristics of the liner hanger are introduced. The liner hanger adopts working method of hydraulic pressure shear pin setting, automatically decoupling, and double rubber plug displacement. It can complete setting, decoupling, setting pressure and flushing continuously. It allows pulling, setting and rotating casing and circulating drilling fluid during the operation. It also can resolve effectively the drilling liner cementing problem of setting, back-off, and cement plug in deep and high angle well. Through the application in 15 wells at the field suggests that the technology can increase liner cementing quality, cut down the drilling and well completion time, reduce cost, eradicate completely the down hole drilling pipe and tool accident, and have great value of deployment.
