高周期蒸汽吞吐最佳注汽参数实用图版研究

CHART RESEARCH OF HIGH CYCLE STEAM STIMULATION INJECTION PARAMETERS ABOUT HEAVY OIL

  • 摘要: 针对目前所使用的一些注汽参数优化设计软件,由于涉及参数过多、计算复杂、难以推广使用的问题,进行了蒸汽吞吐最佳注汽参数实用图版研究。根据蒸汽吞吐注汽参数优化设计理论和方法,应用所研制的蒸汽吞吐井注汽参数优化设计软件,对南阳井楼油田零区稠油油藏,以周期净产油量最大为目标函数,优选出不同采出程度、不同存水条件下吞吐生产井最佳注汽参数(注汽压力、干度、速率和周期注汽量),并绘制成图版。现场工作人员可通过查图版方便地确定各周期最佳注汽参数,以提高蒸汽吞吐井的开采效果。应用结果表明,查图版所确定的最佳注汽参数与用优化设计软件计算的参数相比,相对误差不超过10%,能满足工程精度要求。

     

    Abstract: Most heavy oil reservoir already came into high cycle steam stimulation phase, exploitation effect is becoming weaker, we need optimize injection parameters of later cycle in order to improve exploitation effect. At present, some optimization software of injection parameters need too many parameters and is very complex, those made it difficult to use. Based on theories of injection parameters optimization about steam stimulation, developed a software, taking cycle net oil yield as target, we optimized injection production parameters in different recovery percent of reserves and different water deposit, and have made a chart. Workers in oilfield can easily get injection production parameters with the aid of the chart, and exploitation effect can be greatly enhanced. Applications indicated that optimum injection parameters getting from the chart can meet the accuracy of work, compared with parameters getting from optimization software, relative error not more than 10 per.
