压裂支撑剂长期导流能力试验

LONG TERM FRACTURE CONDUCTIVITY OF FRACTURING PROPANT

  • 摘要: 压裂支撑剂长期导流能力的大小决定了压裂效果的好坏,准确获得支撑剂长期导流能力试验数据对于预测压裂效果具有重要作用。对油田常用压裂支撑剂进行了长期导流能力试验,获得了压裂支撑剂在长期状态下的导流能力变化规律,并提出采用降低油层闭合压力、使用破碎率较低的支撑剂、尽量减少支撑剂的细微颗粒、提高支撑剂粒度的均匀程度、加大铺砂浓度等措施来提高支撑剂的长期导流能力,可为提高压裂优化设计水平和预测及改善压裂效果提供帮助。

     

    Abstract: The performance of long - term fracture conductivity of fracturing propant is critical for the success of fracturing job, and it is very important to obtain the conductivity test data for predicting the fracturing results. Tests were conducted on the conventional fracturing propants to determining their long - term conductivity performance, and their conductivity changing tendency in long term is obtained. It is suggested that by dropping the closing pressure of the fractured formation,using propants of lower breaking rate, minimizing the fine powder and improving the size homogeneous degree, and increasing the sand distribution concentration, the fracturing design can be optimized and the fracturing result can be better predicted.
