大斜度井有杆泵抽油系统优化设计

OPTIMIZING DESIGN OF SUCKER ROD PUMP SYSTEM IN HIGH DEVIATING HOLES

  • 摘要: 确定抽汲参数和泵效是实现大斜度井有杆抽油系统的重要内容。运用图表法和迭代法建立了大斜度井有杆抽油系统优化设计模型,并编制了相应的软件进行实例计算。通过软件计算,可确定出抽汲参数、抽油杆、扶正器间距和泵效的最佳组合。结果表明,该系统精确、有效,适用于工程计算。

     

    Abstract: The import content of implementing production method with sucker rod pump in high deviating holes is ascertaining pumping parameter and pump efficiency.Based on graphology and iteration method,design model of optimizing production method with sucker rod pump in high deviating holes is developed,and established a relevant software used for example calculation.After calculating,the best combination of pumping parameter and pumping rod and interval of stabilizer and pump efficiency are shown,which proves the optimization system is precise and powerful and can be used for engineering calculation.
