地面驱动螺杆泵采油系统故障诊断方法

METHOD TO DIAGNOSE FAULTS FOR OIL EXTRACTION SYSTEM WITH SURFACE-DRIVING PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMP USED

  • 摘要: 结合阈值诊断和逻辑诊断2个基本判断理论,提出了一种地面驱动螺杆泵采油系统故障诊断的新方法,通过分析油井的几种生产状态,选取了能够表征油井生产状态的状态变量,并制定了由状态变量推导工作状态的规则。该方法,具有一定的实用性。

     

    Abstract: This article brings forward a new method to make fault diagnosis for oil extraction system with surface-driving progressive cavity pump used.It selects some predicament variants that represent the well production status through analyzing all of them.And the rules,which are used to derive the well status from the corresponding predicament variants,are also given.This method has shown its definite practicability after applied to some oil fields.
