泽10断块微生物清蜡菌种的开发与应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF MICROBE GERM ABOUT WAX REMOVAL IN ZE-10 FAULT

  • 摘要: 微生物采油成败的关键在于菌种的品质。针对华北油田泽10断块油藏特征及流体性质,应用4种基础菌种,按正交试验方法交叉组合成复合菌种FR-1,在室内对其生长、降粘、降凝、防蜡等性能进行了评价。现场应用后,成功地解决了泽10断块油井结蜡严重、热洗周期短、生产管理难度大、成本高的生产问题。

     

    Abstract: The key problem of microbe oil recovery is the quality of germ. According to the reservoir and fluid character of Ze-10 fault of Huabei Oilfield, a compound germ FR 1 was formed with four base germ. The capability of microbe germ’s development, viscosity reducing, pour point depression and paraffin inhibition was evaluated in lab. After field using, the problems of Ze-10 fault, including severe wax precipitation, short period of thermal cleanout, difficulty production run and higher production cut, was solved.
