DRILLING TECHNOLOGY FOR WELL JIN27-P1

  • 摘要: 锦27-平1井是辽河油田自"八五"开展水平井钻采配套技术研究以来,钻井周期最短、成本最低的1口水平井。首次应用带自然伽马的MWD无线随钻测斜仪。造斜段和水平段共用2套钻具组合,2套钻井液体系,2套随钻测斜仪器,轨迹控制精度较高。井深1559.62m,垂深1205.47m,水平段长200.13m,最大井斜95.5°,完井周期25d,全井安全无事故。详细介绍了施工过程及技术措施。

     

    Abstract: Well Jin27-P1 is a horizontal well drilled in Liaohe Oilfield, and it set the records of shortest drilling cycle and lowest cost in Liaohe, since the carrying out of the program of horizontal drilling and production matching technology research began from the "Eighth Five Year Plan". In drilling of this hole, two sets of MWD systems with Gamma module were firstly used for more precise trajectory control, while two sets of BHAs and drilling fluid systems were specially used for the building up section and the horizontal section. The well was successfully drilled without any troubles, with a drilling cycle of only 25 days, a measured depth of 1559.62m and a vertical depth of 1205.47m; the horizontal interval was 200.13m, and the maximum hole inclination was 95.5°. The drilling process and techniques taken are described in detail in this paper.
