分支水平井钻井技术实践

MULTI-LATERAL WELL DRILLING TECHNOLOGY AND ITS FIELD PRACTICE

  • 摘要: 为提高勘探开发总体效益,胜利油田组织开展了分支井钻采配套技术的攻关,并进行了专用工具的研制开发工作。重点讨论了分支水平井工程设计、钻井工艺、定向回接、钻井液及塑性水泥固井等。通过2口分支水平井的钻井实践,探索了适合胜利油田钻井工艺技术特点和装备水平的分支水平井钻井技术。

     

    Abstract: To improve the overall benefits of exploration and development, research program on multi-lateral well drilling technology, as well as the RD on the specialized tools has been carried out in Shengli Oilfield. The drilling engineering plan, steering drilling and MWD technology, directional tie-back and sidetracking, drilling fluid program and plastic cementing, etc., were focused and described in detail. Multi-lateral well drilling practices have been performed in 2 wells, and remarkable improvement on oil production has been noticed. Moreover, by drilling these two wells, a set of multi-lateral drilling technologies, which suit for the present drilling technology standard and equipment state in Shengli have been found.
