岩石强度法压力监测在高温高压井中的应用

APPLICATION OF PRESSURE MONITORING THROUGH ROCK DRILLABILITY IN HPHT WELLS

  • 摘要: 在石油钻井过程中,岩石的抗钻强度主要受井下地层岩石性质的影响,地层孔隙压力是影响岩石抗钻强度的一个重要参数。根据室内模拟试验和大量现场实钻数据分析,建立了岩石抗钻强度与地层孔隙压力的关系。在钻井施工过程中,可根据井下地层岩石抗钻强度的变化来监测地层压力的变化,该方法在中国南海西部油田进行了应用,取得了良好的效果。

     

    Abstract: During the whole process of well drilling, rock drillability is mainly influenced by formation characteristics, in which the formation pore pressure is an important parameter. Based on the simulation test in the laboratory condition and vast field drilling data, the correlation between rock drillability and formation pore pressure is established. In field drilling, formation pore pressure may be monitored through the changing of rock drillability. This method has been applied in the western oilfield of South China Sea, and good results have been achieved.
