改性玻璃钢内衬油管的试验与应用

TRIAL AND APPLICATION OF MODIFIER GLASS LINED TUBE

  • 摘要: 针对油田地层水矿化度高及水井管柱的腐蚀与结垢问题,与天津市万吉工贸公司合作,采用改性玻璃钢内衬油管,进行注水井防腐防垢应用试验,获得了圆满成功。介绍了改性玻璃钢内衬油管的结构及特点、室内试验情况、现场应用结果等,并进行了经济效益预测。从 1998年 11月至 2 0 0 1年 2月胜利油田共使用改性玻璃钢内衬油管 2 0 0 0 0m,且均在正常生产。

     

    Abstract: Using modifier glass lined tube corrosion control and antiscale testes in water injection well have been done according the formation water mineratization. The structure and characteristic of modifier glass lined tube were introduced. Lab. testing and field testing effect were introduced also. Twenty thousands meters modifier glass lined tube was used in Shengli Oilfield from Nov. 1998 to Feb. 2001. All the testing wells were producing smoothly.
