克拉玛依浅层稠油油藏化学降粘辅助吞吐技术的应用

摘要: 针对稠油特稠油因粘度过高、流动性差而引起的井筒供液不足、抽汲困难、影响产能等问题,通过室内试验,对克拉玛依稠油所用降粘剂进行研究、筛选。依据该区油层特点和生产具体条件,进行了现场油层降粘和井筒流程降粘,后者包括计量站降粘和油井自偿式降粘试验。结果表明,化学降粘辅助吞吐技术能使原油流动性增加、光杆同步、冲次提高、生产周期延长、抽油机电流降低、产液量及产油量增加,经济效益显著。Abstract: The viscous thinner using in Kelamayi Oilfield were studied and filtered in lab according to the over high viscidity and lower fluidity of viscous oil. Based on the formation characteristic and production condition, viscosity reducing measures have been done which included formation viscosity reducing and well bore viscosity reducing. The later includes self-compensation viscosity reducing and computation station viscosity reducing. Using this technology, the fluidity of oil is easier, the producing period is longer and the oil yield is higher.
