胜利油田埕北21-平1大位移井固井技术

CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY FOR THE EXTENDED REACH WELL, CHENGBEI21-PI NG1 IN SHENGLI OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 胜利油田埕北21-平1井是1口重点科研试验井,也是国内陆上油田第1口水平位移突破3000 m的大位移水平井。实际完钻井深4837.4m,垂深2633.91m,水平位移3167.33m,造斜点位置1000 m,最大井斜93.6°,水平段长100 m,最大狗腿度41.6°。介绍了固井中存在的技术难点,以及固井设计和施工过程中所采取的措施,包括套管摩阻分析计算,全钢旋流扶正器和单向回压阀等工具的研制,水泥浆体系的优选和现场固井工艺过程,为今后同类型井提供了借鉴经验。

     

    Abstract: Well Chengbei21-Ping1 of Shengli Oilfield is an important scientific research experimental well, and the first extended reach well with a horizont al displacement of more than 3000m on land China. It’s a well with real bottom depth of 4837.4m, vertical depth of 2633.91m, horizontal displacement of 3167.33m, KOP at 1000m, maximum hole inclination of 93.6°, horizontal section of 100m, and a maximum dogleg angel of 41.6°. Cementing in the well is difficult, and many new technologies and tools are applied during designing and field cementing, such as the use of casing friction calculation software, development of hydrocyclone centralizer and non-return back pressure valve, and the optimized cement slurry systems and field cementing methods, etc.
