新型缔合聚合物调堵体系的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW ASSOCIATIVE POLYMER IN PROFILE CONTROL

  • 摘要: 研制出以新型缔合聚合物(西南石油学院研制)为主剂的新型缔合聚合物调堵体系(Cr3+冻胶体系,Al3+冻胶体系,酚醛冻胶体系)。这类新型调堵体系通过主剂的改性和交联作用,能够形成强度极高的三维网状结构,并结合缔合、吸附、粘弹性和盐增稠等辅助机理,封堵地层孔隙或裂隙。研究表明,这类新型堵剂具有成胶时间可调、耐高温高盐、抗压强度大、有效期长和适应性广等特点,可望在高温高矿化度或裂缝性复杂油藏条件下推广使用。

     

    Abstract: Taking the new associative polymer(developed by Southwest Petroleum Institute) as the main agent, the new associative polymer profile control and water shutoff agent system(Cr3+ gel system, Al3+ gel system, phenolaldehyde gel system) was developed. Through the modification and crosslinking of the main agent, this kind of profile control and water shutoff agent system can form three-dimension net structure with high strength and block formation pore and fracture combined with the assisted mechanism of association, adsorption, viscoelastic behavior and salt-thickening. Investigation shows that it has characteristics of adjustable gelation time, tolerating to high temperature and high salt and high breakdown pressure, long period of validity and wide adaptability. So further popularization and application could be attained for the complex reservoir with high temperature and high salinity or fracture.
