垂直井中管杆柱的扶正器安放问题研究

STUDY ON THE PLACEMENT OF CENTRALIZERS ON PIPE STRING IN STRAIGHT WELL

  • 摘要: 管杆柱屈曲给生产带来许多问题,文中采用弹性稳定理论中的能量方法,分析了受轴向分布载荷作用的垂直管杆柱的稳定性,得到了关于轴向分布载荷、底端轴向载荷和管杆柱几何参数的稳定性方程,并求得了它的解析解。该解对于垂直井中管杆柱的扶正器应用具有指导意义,方程中针对不同端部边界条件的管杆柱约束系数取值不同。为了便于理解,文中给出了算例。

     

    Abstract: Pipe string buckling causes many troubles during production, and it’s necessary to evaluate pipe stability in the well. This paper tries to analyze the stability of vertical pipe string affected by axial load, by means of energy method in the elastic stability theory. An equation is established based on the result, which incorporates axial load, bottom axial load and geometric parameters, and an analytical solution is obtained. Different limiting factors are required from different end boundary conditions, and two examples are given for illustration. This equation and its solution are beneficial for the placement optimization of centralizer on pipe string in vertical well.
