空心抽油杆驱动螺杆泵应用研究

APPLICATIONAL RESEARCH ON SCREW PUMP DRIVED BY HOLLOW ROD

  • 摘要: 地面电机驱动井下螺杆泵采油系统中,抽油杆柱易断脱是其薄弱环节。将空心抽油杆与实心抽油杆进行了性能对比和实例计算,由此分析出空心抽油杆在螺杆系井中应用的优越性。通过校核抽油杆强度计算认为,在螺杆泵井中,采用KG36空心抽油杆时安全系数比采用CYG25实心抽油杆提高1倍左右。在采用空心抽油杆时,同步提高抽油杆工具强度,可实现抽油杆柱整体强度的提高。介绍了空心抽油杆在胜利海上埕岛油田螺杆泵井中的应用现状及效果。

     

    Abstract: In the downhole screw pump production system that is driven by electric motor on the surface, trouble often results from the break-off of the sucker rod. This paper compares the property of the hollow rod with that of the solid rod, and conducts case calculation. Calculation results indicate that the hollow rod possesses more superiority. In the screw pump well, comparing with the CYG25 solid sucker rod, when using KG36 hollow rod, the safety factor can be increased by nearly 1 times. While adopting the hollow rod, if the strength of the sucker rod tool is improved, the strength of the entire sucker rod string will be improved simultaneously. This paper introduces the status and effect of the hollow rod applied in the screw pump well in offshore Chengdao oilfield of Shengli Field.
