螺杆泵工况测试技术研究

RESEARCH ON SCREW PUMP RUNNING CONDITION TESTING TECHNIQUE

  • 摘要: 针对地面驱动螺杆泵井的工况测试诊断问题,研究了螺杆泵井工况测试工艺,开发了螺杆泵井工况测试仪器和新型螺杆泵抽油光杆卡。螺杆泵测试工艺包括工况测试和回放诊断。该方法可不上作业,不影响生产,快速准确地测出螺杆泵井抽油光杆所受的载荷和扭矩,为螺杆泵井工况诊断提供准确可靠的数据。通过现场10口井28井次的测试表明,该技术测试方便快捷,工具简单实用,成功率90%以上、该技术的应用有助于提高螺杆泵井的管理水平,为螺杆泵井安全长效运行提供了强有力的监测手段。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of diagnosing the running condition of the surface-drive screw pump, the screw pump well condition testing technology has been investigated, the instrument for testing screw pump well condition and the new type of polished rod clamp of screw pump have been developed. This technology is consisted of condition testing and playback diagnosis. Without any influence to the production, it can rapidly and accurately get the load and torque on the polished rod of the screw pump, and provide accurate and reliable data for diagnosing condition of the screw pump well. This technology has been used in 10 wells (28 times), and the successful rate is more than 90%. The application of this technology will be helpful to improve the management of the screw pump well, and it has provided powerful monitoring means for the safe and effective running of the screw pump well.
