堵压综合采油技术研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF COMPLEX PLUGGING AND FRACTURING PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE

  • 摘要: 堵压综合采油技术是近年来提出的一项高含水期油井控水增油的新工艺,其基本原理是首先采用高强度耐高温堵剂封堵老裂缝,然后用水力压裂工艺技术在其它方位压开新裂缝,从而达到全面改造储层、减少油井产水量、增加产油量、提高油层采收率的效果。提出了堵压综合采油技术选井选层的原则,探讨了施工的优化设计,介绍了该技术在现场的应用情况。

     

    Abstract: The complex plugging and fracturing production technique is a new one presented in recent years used for controlling water and increasing oil during high water cut stage. The fundamental principle is as follows:firstly use the high strength and high temperature resistance plugging agent to plug the existed fractures, then create new fractures in other orientations by use of hydraulic fracturing technology. Thus, the effect can be achieved of entirely stimulating the reservoir, reducing the water output and increasing the oil output of the producers, and enhancing the oil recovery. This paper puts forward the principles for selecting wells and layers, discusses the optimizing design of operation and introduces the field application status of the technology.
