小井眼采油工艺技术井深界限研究

RESEARCH ON WELL DEPTH OF OIL PRODUCING SLIM HOLE

  • 摘要: 采用小井眼技术进行开采,主要是为解决外围低产油田开发投资大、经济效益差的问题。大庆油田从1996年开始陆续投产了几批小井眼井,取得了一定的经验和认识。介绍了大庆外围小井眼的采油生产和工艺配套情况,从注水、机械采油、压裂、大修等方面分析了不同管柱在不同情况下的受力情况,从安全角度界定了小井眼不同管柱的下入深度,从经济角度优选了各种管柱,并对不同工艺的适应性进行了分析,探索了小井眼开采在外围油田开发钻采技术和经济上的可行性。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the investment on peripheral stripper wells, the technique of producing oil with slim hole is adopted. Since 1996, several batches of slim holes have been put into production in Daqing Oil Field, and a certain amount of experiences and cognition have been obtained. This paper introduces the production and technological matching of slim holes in the peripheral field of Daqing Field, analyzes the forces exerted on different tube strings under different conditions in terms of water injection, artificial lift, fracturing, overhaul and so on. This paper also determines the setting depth of different tube strings in the slim hole, economically selects various tube strings, analyzes the suitability of diverse technology and discusses the technical and economical feasibility of slim hole for producing the peripheral stripper wells.
