温度压力对水泥浆流变性的影响规律研究

STUDY ON INFLUENCE OF TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE ON SLURRY RHEOLOGY

  • 摘要: 温度与压力是影响水泥浆流变性的客观关键因素。选取了有一定代表性的4种水泥浆,测定了在不同温度、压力下的流变性,根据试验结果,分析了温度、压力对水泥浆流变曲线、水泥浆流型、流变参数及水力参数的影响。研究表明,实际的注水泥流变学设计应考虑温度、压力对水泥浆流变性的影响,温度对流变性的影响要比压力显著得多。

     

    Abstract: Temperature and pressure are two key factors affecting the slurry rheology. Four types of slurry with certain representativeness are selected to measure their rheological properties under different temperature and pressure. The influence of temperature and pressure on slurry rheological curve, flow pattern, rheological parameter and hydraulics is analyzed on the basis of test data. The study indicates that the influence of temperature and pressure on the slurry rheology must be considered in the actual cementing design. The influence of temperature on the slurry rheology is much bigger than that of pressure.
